Objectives
Week 1 - Identify four components of marketing and determine how finance and marketing can work collaboratively to drive superior financial performance.
Week 2 - Apply better management and leadership skills to enable teams to thrive. Use effective methods to lower turnover to understand the importance of earning trust, helping others, integrity and communicating.
Week 3 - Apply "predictive accounting" for capacity-sensitive driver-based budgets / rolling financial forecasts, what-if analysis, and outsourcing decisions. Identify how to overcome implementation barriers such as behavioral resistance to change and fear of being held accountable.
Week 4 - Identify why listening skills are crucial for all leaders and apply a deeper understanding of the psychology behind how powerful auditing can be when done by a more insightful and purposeful manager who wants to drive his/her skills.
