CPAs in Utah are required to earn one (1) hour of Utah Laws & Rules and three (3) hours of ethics as per the language in R156-26a-303b(2)(a).
The Laws & Rules webinar is administered through ACPEN and the UACPA. After you purchase the webinar, you will receive an email from ACPEN to create a profile on their portal to watch the webinar and complete the test.
