Utah Laws and Rules

CPAs in Utah are required to earn one (1) hour of Utah Laws & Rules credit and three (3) hours of ethics as per the language in R156-26a-303b(2)(a).

The Laws & Rules webinar is administered through ACPEN and the UACPA. After you purchase the webinar, you will receive an email from ACPEN to create a profile on their portal to watch the webinar and complete the test. 

Once you have passed the test, you will be able to download your CPE certificate and it will appear on your UACPA transcript the Monday after you complete the test.
