This UACPA retreat is an extension of Leadership Academy and open to everyone. Connect with a community of ambitious professionals who are ready to lead boldly and shape the future of the profession.

Who should attend: This is open to all professionals looking to sharpen their skills. Attendees do not need to be CPAs.

This immersive experience builds on the foundation of the Leadership Academy, with a deeper dive into communication, collaboration, and personal growth. Led by Mackey Smith of Herbein Inc., the retreat offers hands-on sessions covering conflict management, empathic listening, delegation, and leadership branding. Participants will explore real-world challenges and apply practical strategies for navigating complex team dynamics with confidence and clarity.

Breakfast and lunch are included each day, with an evening dinner and networking event on the first night. The experience continues post-retreat with a virtual follow-up session to support implementation and accountability.

Whether you’ve attended Leadership Academy before or are stepping into the experience for the first time, this retreat will equip you with tools to lead with purpose and inspire lasting impact.
