Enterprise Tax Credit Applications - Now Open

The portal is now open for 2021 to submit Enterprise Tax credit applications. The portal is located under the heading Business Services -> Center for Rural Development or by clicking on this link: https://business.utah.gov/rural/. Then scroll down and select Enterprise Zone Tax Credits. Select which tax credit you would like to submit information. Additionally they are here for your convenience:
· Enterprise Zone Tax Credit - Employee Credit 2019, 2020 & 2021
· Enterprise Zone Tax Credit - Capital Investment Credit 2019, 2020 & 2021
You may need to refresh the webpage to update your browser cache to see the updated links. Please update your bookmarks if you are using them, as the previous years portals have been archived. Additionally please download new forms found in the links within the updated forms. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Updated forms and reviewed maps on locate.utah.gov. The maps now reflect enterprise zone changes for active years of 2019, 2020 and 2021.
