Provides bookkeeping and accounting services for individual and business clients, including preparing and reconciling financial records, journal entries, and reports using accounting software. Processes payroll, payroll and sales tax filings, and performs account reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, and compliance reviews. Analyzes financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and maintains and documents accounting systems using current technology.
Must be proficient with tax and accounting software including QuickBooks, Lacerte, Reach Reporting, Tvalue, Screen Connect, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3 years’ experience as an accountant and bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
$70,555 salary, 401(k)/medical benefits.
