To be considered for this position you must currently or recently be employed in the field of Public Accounting.

A sampling of the assurance services and client demographics at our firm include: ·        Audits of privately held government contractor, manufacturing and distribution, financial, healthcare, franchise, and consulting companies. ·        Audits of not-for-profit and other yellow-book specific engagements. ·        Limited-scope audits of employee benefit plans. ·        Reviews of privately held construction contractors with long-term jobs, waste and disposal, information technology, residential and commercial property service, industrial and retail companies. ·        Compilation and financial statement preparation for industries all across the board.

POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES We are actively seeking a full-time CPA to provide services to our clients. Responsibilities include: ·        Planning, performing and reviewing of audits, reviews, and compilations ·        Financial statement preparation ·        Special attention to client service and management ·        All levels of accounting assistance ·        Identifying and providing general consulting with clients ·        Develop and maintain strong client relationships ·        Supervise expectations of engagement teams, projects, and maintain due dates ·        Build technical competence by keeping up to date with industry trends and technical authorities

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications include: ·        3-7 years of related work experience (3 years minimum) ·        Software proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word & Excel, and ProSystem FX is a plus ·        Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adhere to budgets ·        High attention to detail, reliable and organized ·        Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written ·        Ability to follow directions, be proactive, and learn quickly ·        Ability to work well with other team members

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE ·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field ·        Advanced degree in accounting is highly desirable, but not mandatory ·        CPA certification (active) preferred
