Tax Accountant

Local tax firm in Heber City is seeking a full-time Tax Accountant and/or potential tax partnership opportunity for someone experienced in all facets of accounting.  We’re looking for someone excited about the opportunity to work alongside the owner and founder, helping business owners make sure their company’s accounting and taxes are accurate and comprehensive.  Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to the preparation of individual and business income taxes, and other financial services for business clients as well as performing bookkeeping services as needed for multiple complex clients.  Must have 3-4 years minimum accounting experience in income taxes, sales tax, and other forms of tax preferred.  Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required as you will be meeting with and communicating with clients.  Need to be able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in an efficient, organized manner.  Must have Quickbooks experience.  Experience with Drake Tax Software and Accountant’s World a plus.  Would love to have someone working toward or who has obtained the CPA license.  Pay negotiable and commensurate with experience.  To apply, email your resume to jeffbcap@gmail.com.
