• Manages the preparation of, and reviews, quarterly and annual worldwide tax provisions and income and indirect tax compliance processes. Prepares ASC 740-10 reporting, US and International income tax compliance and assists Treasurer with special projects. Supervises and mentors tax analysts.. • Manages the preparation of, and reviews, the quarterly and annual worldwide tax provision and prepares ASC 740-10 disclosures. • Maintains United States (US) federal and state income tax compliance processes and US state and local indirect tax compliance processes. Prepares returns using OneSource Income Tax.Works with external consultants to maintain international tax compliance.
