FASB’s latest off-balance-sheet requirements could prove tough to follow
The Financial Accounting Standards Board voted to enhance the disclosures related to interests in variable interest entities that all public companies are required to make for periods ending after Dec. 15, according to a PricewaterhouseCoopers report published after the board met Wednesday.
