"Excel is the #1 data analysis tool for accountants. Yet many accountants have never learned the basics of data analysis using Excel or the tools that Excel offers to help with data analysis. We created this 6-part series to teach users the art of Data Analysis using Excel. Although you are not required to take these Parts in order, we highly recommend that you take Part 1 FIRST in order to build the foundation for Excel Data Analysis. Parts 2 through 6 can be taken in any order.

This session is Part 1 of the 6-Part Data Analysis series and is designed to provide a foundation to performing Data Analysis in Excel. You will learn the basics of data structure and its importance when it comes to analyzing data.  We will also introduce you to the Excel 2013 Power BI (Business Intelligence) tools so you have a thorough understanding of when to use these tools.
