This is all about understanding how to reduce a complex business environment to workable concepts and models. This program will explore some simple ways of viewing various financial risks and developing strategies to maximize the possible gains and mitigate the potential losses from the risks. The objective is to make what could be an extremely complex subject into simple, workable strategies for risk management. Risk assessment is often accomplished through ratio analysis; however, this program goes well beyond that concept in that it develops models that show how to determine what is causing risk metrics to turn one direction or another. Furthermore, this webinar will discuss mitigation procedures to several of the more common risks, and will include several Excel models for available for download.
